Being locally owned and operated means you can come into our office and speak directly to us. If you can’t make it into the office, that’s no problem! We can conduct transfers for property anywhere in Victoria via phone or online.

Choosing Casa Conveyancing means you’ll have the added benefit of our legal advice. We can help you get your affairs in order by preparing Wills and/or Powers of Attorney. We can also assist with administration of deceased estates if there’s been a death in the family.

We are upfront and transparent about the cost of conveyancing, with no hidden fees or charges. For a standard conveyance you’ll pay a fixed fee of $900+GST plus the cost of disbursements such as certificates and searches. Disbursements can cost anywhere between $150 to $400 (depending on whether you’re selling via auction, the type of property that you are purchasing and the type of investigations or property certificates that your property needs).
