If you die without a Will, the law decides who gets your assets and an application will most likely need to be made to the Supreme Court for a grant of Letters of Administration.
Wills can often be challenged, so it is important that a Will is drafted properly by a qualified lawyer. Grainger Legal can assist you to draft or update your Will or provide you with advice in the event that you want to challenge someone else’s Will. We can also prepare Powers of Attorney for you.
We charge fixed fees to draft your Wills & Powers of Attorney and you will be advised of these fees prior to us commencing work for you.
